Hello friends of the Green Land.
Basically, the railway company who is my landlord,
want to evict me from the place I have rented since 1991.
I was just ready to reopen after spending a lots of money on extensive renovations to the crêperie.
So I am fighting to make them change their mind,
and would appreciate as much support as possible
from all my friends and customers.
I am organising a concert in Paris to help to draw attention to my plight. If you are free and motivated for a couple of songs or just want to come to give a hand, provide support, that
would be fantastic.
The grand opening/concert will be on the w.e. of June 20th, please contact me for further information.
P.S. I can arrange free accomodation for the green leprechauns !!
Go raibh mile maith agaibh

Hi Matthieu
I can't believe that they want to blow up your restaurant. That's corporate France for you, absolutely no consideration for small local enterprise. You would think that 18 years of serving great French Crepes and promoting local musicians, as well as those in Ireland, would count for something.
The Creperie really was the heart of the community in Eaubonne, It provided great value for money meals,a place where you could bring your children as well as a great social outlet for meeting friends. Where are the people of Eaubonne supposed to go now, all the way into Paris !!!
The powers that be, need to get it into their heads, that they need to preserve and promote local business, not kill it.
It's such a shame that this has had to happen now, after all the hard work you put into renovating the place and you just ready to reopen again on June 20th. The restaurant looks fabulous and they want to blow it up, I can't believe it !!!
I thought you told me that at a public meeting in 2001, there were no plans to touch the restaurant and then again in 2005, that you received written confirmation from the Town Hall that your building was not going to be touched.
So what happened ? There must be a mistake or communication breakdown somewhere. You must fight to keep the restaurant, fight to make the railway company change their minds. Don't give up, you have lots of friends and customers who want to help you and will be behind you 100% of the way !!!

Vive la Creperie.
An t-adh leat.

Vive le Creperie!!! Perdu! Et Salut Maintenant
best of luck with the creperie - it would be very disappointing to hear you had to shut down - i always enjoy the food and friendly atmosphere there and always visit when i am in Paris on business as i regulary am.....
Bon chance
Linda
They want to close the creperie? With so many rail passengers depending on it? After all your work? That just doesn't make sense, will be a disservice to commuters and is contrary to what has been conveyed to you in writing.
The creperie is a very important asset to those using the railway and to the local community and must remain so. Vive la creperie !
Sorry to hear of your difficulties with your landlord, a rather universal situation where money types put a quick buck ahead of long-term vision and imagination. Ramelton sends its best XDO'C
